Cardano’s ADA rose about 31% in one week, outperforming Bitcoin and other large-cap cryptocurrencies, as heavier derivatives trading, short squeezes and a 71% increase in network transactions supported the advance. Earlier CoinGecko data recorded a 26% rise from below $0.19 to about $0.2513, lifting market capitalization to approximately $9.38 billion and daily volume to roughly $846 million. The move followed Bitcoin’s rise above $86,000 and returned ADA to the closely watched $0.24-$0.25 zone. The rally also coincided with Cardano’s ninth anniversary and its official integration into the x402 SDK, which enables applications and autonomous AI agents to pay for API calls and other online services using ADA or Cardano-native tokens. Analyst Giannis Andreou said a clean daily close above the zone followed by a successful retest would be needed to confirm a move toward the next range, with major resistance near $0.31.
