REX Shares has launched the T-REX 2X Long Strive Daily Target ETF, trading under ticker ASSX, with an objective of delivering 200% of the daily performance of Strive Asset Management stock. The fund is a leveraged single-stock ETF (an exchange-traded fund focused on one company), not a spot Bitcoin ETF. Strive’s balance sheet holds 26,355 BTC, making its equity sensitive to both its operating business and the market value of its Bitcoin treasury. ASSX adds daily leverage to that stock exposure, while its 2x objective resets each day. Over periods longer than one day, compounding and volatility can cause returns to diverge significantly from simply doubling Strive’s longer-term stock performance. The listing illustrates how equities of public companies with large crypto treasuries are becoming the basis for additional financial products. Investors seeking amplified daily exposure to Strive also assume leverage, single-stock concentration and risks tied to Strive’s corporate structure. The product should therefore be viewed as a 2x leveraged ETF on ASST shares, not a leveraged spot-Bitcoin product, even though Bitcoin remains a major driver of the underlying company’s investment narrative.
