Bleichmar Fonti & Auld LLP, known as BFA Law, and Pomerantz LLP are investigating whether ServiceTitan, Inc. and certain officers or directors misled investors or engaged in other unlawful business practices. The probes follow ServiceTitan's September 8, 2026, second-quarter fiscal 2027 report, which described slowing Gross Transaction Volume, lower expected platform and professional services revenue growth, and challenges associated with transitioning customers to its Max AI-powered enterprise software package. ServiceTitan said it generally does not bill subscription fees during the first quarter of a Max upsell contract and had not charged existing customers an onboarding fee for the transition, while the revenue mix shift was expected to reduce professional services revenue by roughly $2 million over the remainder of fiscal 2027. The company also said it had tightened its focus on existing commercial trades rather than expanding into new trades to increase investment and attention on Max. ServiceTitan issued operating income guidance of $29 million to $30 million, described as a 33.6% sequential decline. Its shares fell $24.46, or 29.98%, to close at $57.12 on September 9, 2026.
