THOR Industries reported fiscal 2026 net sales of $9.61 billion, up 0.3% from the prior period, while net income fell 31.3% to $177.5 million. Fourth-quarter revenue reached $2.312 billion, exceeding the $2.168 billion consensus estimate, although adjusted earnings of 78 cents per share missed the 96-cent estimate. CEO Bob Martin said stubborn interest rates, elevated fuel costs and persistent inflation strained household budgets and prevented the expected fiscal 2026 market inflection point. North American towable and motorized sales and shipments declined, while European RV revenue increased 5%. THOR expects a relatively flat retail environment in fiscal 2027 and said restructuring and other strategic initiatives are expected to improve annual earnings by more than $100 million once fully implemented.
