Wise Group plc investors have until September 29, 2026, to seek appointment as lead plaintiff in a securities fraud class action (group lawsuit over alleged investor losses) against the company and certain senior officers. The case covers investors who purchased or acquired Wise securities between May 11, 2026, and July 3, 2026, inclusive. The lawsuit alleges that Wise made materially false or misleading statements and omissions about its business operations, growth prospects and financial stability, causing its securities to trade at artificially inflated prices before the alleged truth was disclosed. Bernstein Liebhard LLP says investors may submit a form through its Wise shareholder class action page or contact Investor Relations Manager Peter Allocco. Investors do not need to become lead plaintiff to share in any recovery, and those who take no action may remain absent class members. Representation is on a contingency-fee basis, with no fees or expenses charged to shareholders.
