Investors in Hims & Hers Health securities have until November 2, 2026, to seek appointment as lead plaintiff in a securities fraud class action covering purchases from August 4, 2025, through July 29, 2026. Rosen Law Firm reminded investors that a lawsuit has been filed and said eligible investors may participate through a contingency-fee arrangement without paying out-of-pocket fees or costs. The complaint alleges that Hims shared consumers’ health information with third-party advertising platforms and charged for prescriptions almost immediately after intake forms were submitted, despite statements that users could consult a medical provider about treatment. The allegations also say the conduct subjected Hims to regulatory scrutiny and potential fees and penalties. The action followed the Federal Trade Commission’s July 29 lawsuit alleging deceptive and unlawful privacy practices, after which Hims shares fell $4.32, or 14.73%, to close at $25.00. No class has been certified, and investors may retain counsel, remain absent class members, or do nothing at this stage.
