OKX will open USDT-margined pre-market perpetual futures for OURA, the underlying associated with Oura Inc., at 10:00 UTC on September 23, 2026, across its web, app and API interfaces. The pre-IPO contract is designed to track valuation changes before a company completes an initial public offering; traders do not receive equity ownership. The OURA/USDT contract will trade 24/7 with leverage from 0.01x to 20x, a fixed daily funding rate of 0%, funding settlements every eight hours and an estimated share count of 320,945,459. After an IPO, OKX says it will automatically convert the contract into a standard stock perpetual contract and publish a separate notice beforehand. The exchange warned that IPO timing is uncertain, the IPO could be cancelled, and it may delist or settle the contract at its sole discretion if that occurs. It also said the pre-IPO price may differ materially from the eventual IPO price and that the product is unavailable to residents of the European Economic Area.
