OSE Immunotherapeutics and HUTCHMED will present non-small cell lung cancer data at the 2026 European Society for Medical Oncology Congress in Madrid. OSE will deliver an oral presentation on October 25 covering topline Combi-TED Phase 2 results for Tedopi combinations in second-line treatment of metastatic NSCLC, while HUTCHMED will present positive late-breaking Phase 3 results from the global SAFFRON and China-based SANOVO studies of savolitinib plus osimertinib. Combi-TED is evaluating Tedopi with nivolumab, Tedopi with docetaxel, and docetaxel alone in 105 HLA-A2-positive patients after first-line chemo-immunotherapy. SAFFRON evaluated savolitinib plus osimertinib after osimertinib progression in EGFR-mutated NSCLC with MET overexpression or amplification, and SANOVO evaluated the combination in previously untreated EGFR-mutated NSCLC with MET overexpression. HUTCHMED reported statistically significant or clinically meaningful improvements in progression-free survival and overall survival for both studies versus their respective control treatments.
