UBS initiated coverage of CoreWeave with a Buy rating and a $120 price target, as analyst Karl Keirstead argued that demand for AI computing remains strong and investor concern over the company's leverage may be peaking. CoreWeave shares rose 1.96% to $88.46 on Wednesday. The broader analyst community remains divided: 50 analysts have an average target of $139.60, with estimates ranging from Rothschild & Co.'s $54 Sell-rated target to Rosenblatt's $250 Buy-rated target. CoreWeave had $35.6 billion of debt as of June 30 and plans $35 billion to $39 billion in capital expenditures this year, while pursuing further financing to build AI cloud capacity. The company added more than $25 billion in customer commitments in early Q3 2026 and increased contracted power capacity to 4.2 gigawatts. Separately, ARK Investment Management bought 239,083 CoreWeave shares worth about $19.1 million, and CoreWeave is supplying NVIDIA GPUs for Harell Data's secure biotech AI platform.
