A24 has released the first official trailer for You Can See Everything, Nathan Fielder and Lance Oppenheim's genre-bending documentary about Elizabeth Holmes, the former Theranos founder convicted of fraud. Fielder moves in with Holmes and her family before her May 2023 incarceration, serving as host, interviewer and narrator while questioning her insistence that she committed no criminal wrongdoing. Holmes was found guilty in 2022 on four counts of fraud and conspiracy and reported to federal prison on May 30, 2023, to begin an 11-year sentence later shortened by roughly two years. The film also focuses on Holmes' partner, Billy Evans, and premiered by surprise at the Telluride Film Festival after more than three years of secrecy. Critics have described it as surreal and disarming. The documentary arrives in theaters on October 16.
