Investors who purchased or acquired AST SpaceMobile, Inc. securities during the March 4, 2025, through July 15, 2026, class period have until November 13, 2026, to seek appointment as lead plaintiff in a federal securities class action. Robbins Geller Rudman & Dowd LLP said the case, Hunter v. AST SpaceMobile, Inc., No. 26-cv-00378, is pending in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas and names AST SpaceMobile and certain top executives as defendants. The complaint alleges that the company misrepresented its future capital needs, debt and share-dilution risks, liquidity, competitive position in the satellite direct-to-cell market, and user adoption in the United States and Japan. It also discusses the September 2025 agreement under which EchoStar Corporation agreed to sell AWS-4 and H-block spectrum licenses to SpaceX while entering a long-term arrangement for Boost Mobile subscribers to access Starlink Services' direct-to-cell service. Serving as lead plaintiff is not required to participate in any potential recovery.
