Stifel upgraded Microsoft from Hold to Buy and raised its price target from $530 to $575, implying more than 15% upside from the relevant pre-upgrade close. The firm cited accelerating Azure growth, improving efficiency, stronger Copilot adoption, additional data-center capacity and less concern about margin pressure. Azure revenue growth reached 43% on a constant-currency basis in the latest quarter, ahead of 39% in March, 38% in December and FactSet’s 40.4% consensus, while paid Copilot seats exceeded 30 million, up 10 million from the prior quarter. Microsoft was also selected by Jason Snipe, founder and chief investment officer of Odyssey Capital Advisors, on CNBC’s "Halftime Report Final Trades."
