U.S. spot Bitcoin ETFs recorded $347 million in net inflows on Sept. 23, lifting weekly inflows to $2.06 billion, their strongest weekly total since October 2025. The three-day buying streak followed approximately $999 million of inflows on Sept. 21 and about $715 million on Sept. 22. Bitcoin previously reached an intraday high of $87,397 before falling below $84,000, amid a move initially aided by short liquidations. Crypto analyst Scott Melker said the latest demand was spread across several ETF products rather than concentrated in BlackRock's IBIT, which he said offered stronger evidence of broad investor interest. Melker also said Bitcoin's ability to hold near $80,000 before advancing toward $88,000 alongside positive ETF flows pointed to institutional and retail support beneath the rally.
