Accounts listing President Donald Trump as beneficiary shifted from selling Strategy shares to buying them in late July, federal ethics disclosures show. The accounts sold $16,002 to $65,000 of Strategy shares in two June transactions and another $1,001 to $15,000 on July 8, before buying $1,001 to $15,000 on July 24 and $50,001 to $100,000 on July 27. The latter purchase was the largest reported crypto-related transaction in July and matched the value range of a Feb. 12 Strategy purchase. The filings also record a July Coinbase purchase and sales of MARA Holdings and CleanSpark. Strategy, the largest publicly traded corporate Bitcoin holder, reported about 846,000 BTC by Sept. 21. Its shares rose about 30% over five trading days and 37% over a month after the purchases were disclosed. The reports provide value ranges rather than share counts or execution prices and do not establish who directed the trades; the White House says an independent third-party institution manages Trump's stock and bond portfolio without involvement from Trump or his family.
