Rhino Investments Group acquired Randhurst Village, a 931,798-square-foot open-air power center in Mount Prospect, Illinois, in a transaction that closed Sept. 15, 2026. The property sits on 94.22 acres at Rand Road and Elmhurst Road and is anchored by Jewel-Osco and Costco, with Home Depot, Macy’s, TJ Maxx, HomeGoods, Nike, Skechers, PetSmart, Planet Fitness, AMC Theatres and other national retailers. The center draws more than 7.3 million visitors annually. DLC, which announced the sale on Sept. 24, said it transformed the property after acquiring it in 2016, while earlier transaction materials identified the acquisition year as 2015 and reported a $95 million sale price. Its work included replacing a former 200,000-square-foot Carson Pirie Scott vacancy with HomeGoods and Macy’s, repositioning a former Bed Bath & Beyond space for Skechers and Nike, and adding restaurants. The sale was Rhino’s second major Chicago-area retail investment in the past year, following The Promenade Bolingbrook. DLC said it manages more than $4 billion of assets across 90-plus properties and 24 million square feet.
