GlucoTrack shares were up 29.56% at $2.63 on Thursday after subsidiary Lōkahi Therapeutics secured its first external fee-for-service partnership and the company priced a public offering expected to raise approximately $3.1 million before expenses. Innovate GBM, a nonprofit focused on glioblastoma research, engaged two Lōkahi AI PIPELINE teams to identify brain-tumor therapeutic assets for potential licensing and development. The engagement makes Innovate GBM the first external organization to use Lōkahi’s proprietary asset-identification process, developed through 14 university collaborations. The offering includes 169,388 shares priced at $2.04 each and pre-funded warrants for up to 1,350,220 shares priced at $2.039 per warrant. It was priced at the market under Nasdaq rules and is expected to close around Sept. 25, 2026, subject to customary conditions. GlucoTrack is developing an implantable continuous blood glucose monitor for patients with Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes, while Lōkahi’s therapeutic strategy includes the LT-100 osteoarthritis program and its broader pipeline, talent and accelerator initiatives. The financing could support clinical and regulatory work but may create short-term pressure through dilution and additional share supply.
