Robinhood chief executive Vladimir Tenev sold 259,166 HOOD shares on September 21 for about $32.55 million under a Rule 10b5-1 trading plan adopted on September 5, 2025. A Form 4 filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on September 23, 2026, showed the shares were sold in two price blocks at weighted averages of $125.5528 and $126.1489, producing a blended average of about $125.58. Tenev retains 48,035,406 Class B shares, each convertible into one Class A share, plus 6,907 Class A shares held through his living trust. The Class B stake was worth approximately $6.03 billion at the sale price, making the transaction roughly 0.5% of his convertible holdings. The sale was at least Tenev’s third under the plan in 2026, following sales of 375,000 shares in early April and another 375,000 shares on July 6. Because the trades were scheduled in advance, the filing does not establish Tenev’s view of Robinhood or disclose any personal cryptocurrency holdings.
