Jetking Infotrain will hold its 42nd annual general meeting on September 29, 2026, its first since the Securities Appellate Tribunal (SAT), India’s market-appeals body, ruled that 3,96,156 shares issued to help fund Bitcoin purchases cannot be listed. The agenda covers FY26 accounts and a second five-year term for PYS & Co LLP, but not the company’s Bitcoin policy. Jetking has reiterated that it is evaluating the ruling’s implications, without disclosing further legal action or another remedy. Its UAE subsidiary, Jetking Limited, has objects covering virtual digital assets (VDAs), or crypto assets under Indian law, but had not begun operations by June 30, 2026. Public trackers list 21 BTC, while the company previously reported 23.43 BTC on social media. The company reported a ₹1.34 crore FY26 loss, and its equity-financing route for Bitcoin purchases remains unavailable after the SAT decision.
