Vertiv Holdings Co announced an agreement to acquire Ireland-based King Environmental Services Ltd. (KES), expanding its services offering for high-density, liquid-cooled data centers across Europe. KES provides fluid-management, commissioning and load-testing capabilities. The proposed transaction would broaden Vertiv's global fluid-management services and remains an acquisition agreement rather than a completed deal.
