BlackRock's iShares IGV ETF added 123,472 shares of Strategy, formerly known as MicroStrategy, increasing its total position to 1.76 million shares valued at about $280 million. The latest account put the additional purchase at approximately $20 million, compared with $19.5 million in the existing disclosure. Strategy, led by executive chairman Michael Saylor, combines an enterprise software business with an aggressive Bitcoin treasury strategy and is described as the largest corporate Bitcoin holder. BlackRock also manages IBIT, a leading spot Bitcoin ETF, giving the firm both direct and equity-linked exposure to the asset. Capital International and Vanguard are also among Strategy's largest institutional owners.
