JPMorgan raised its Meta Platforms price target to $920 from $820 and maintained an overweight rating, arguing that the company's Muse personal AI agent could become the most widely used consumer AI application since ChatGPT. The new target implies about 18% upside from Meta's Thursday closing price of $777.59. Meta launched Muse on September 8, positioning it to send emails, book travel and make purchases through its Muse Spark multimodal model. JPMorgan analyst Doug Anmuth said Muse had connected with more than 2,000 applications within two weeks and secured integrations with Walmart, Best Buy, Sephora and Wayfair. Meta shares have gained more than 30% in September, helped by an 11% rise to $741.25 on September 21, their largest one-day advance since April 2025. Meta plans to introduce Muse Confidential VM later this year and has also unveiled the Muse Charm device.
