Solari Capital, the venture firm founded by AJ Scaramucci, has emerged from stealth after deploying $350 million across early-stage investments, late-stage growth deals and in-house incubations. Its Programmable Reality thesis argues that accelerating computing power will make biology, intelligence, physical matter and money increasingly engineerable. The portfolio includes xAI, now inside SpaceX, Suno, Tessera Therapeutics, Varda Space, Northwood Space, Fission Labs and Architect Financial, while flagship incubation Radial Health appears on the Nasdaq Private Market as a pre-IPO company. Scaramucci also sees tokenized private-company shares and collectibles as ways to broaden access to value that has increasingly remained in private markets. He cited a longer route to public listings: the median VC-backed technology company was 13.5 years old at IPO in 2024 and 12 years old in 2025, versus six to nine years for most of the 1990s.
