The Regional Court Berlin II largely ruled in favor of Xryma Plc, ordering Schirp Schmidt-Morsbach Rechtsanwälte to stop making or repeating most challenged public statements concerning the Juicy Fields matter. The court found that Schirp had publicly accused Xryma of investment fraud and money laundering without first giving the company an opportunity to respond. The injunction covers statements published on Schirp's websites and platforms including EQS News, Ad-hoc-News and TradingView. Noncompliance could result in a fine of up to €250,000 or up to six months' imprisonment for contempt. The court also said no criminal investigation had been opened against any Xryma officer or employee and found that Schirp's publications were aimed at attracting clients rather than informing the public. Xryma said it continues cooperating with authorities examining the Juicy Fields matter.
