Robbins Geller Rudman & Dowd LLP previously announced lead-plaintiff deadlines in separate Honeywell Aerospace and Simply Good Foods securities class actions, while Rosen Law Firm issued a separate notice concerning the Honeywell case. Honeywell Aerospace investors who purchased HONA shares from June 29 through Sept. 1, 2026, have until Nov. 23, 2026, to seek appointment in Green v. Honeywell Aerospace Inc., No. 26-cv-06779, in the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona. The allegations concern supplier constraints, potential False Claims Act cybersecurity violations and misleading statements; Honeywell Aerospace reported a 70% year-over-year decline in second-quarter net income, a 32% drop in adjusted earnings per share and reduced adjusted EBIT growth guidance, while its stock fell more than 23% after the Aug. 5 results. Rosen’s notice says a Honeywell Aerospace class action has been filed and that no class has been certified. Separately, Simply Good Foods investors who purchased SMPL shares from Oct. 24, 2024, through April 8, 2026, have until Oct. 13, 2026, to seek appointment in Monroe County Employees’ Retirement System v. The Simply Good Foods Company, No. 1:26-cv-06971, in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. That complaint alleges undisclosed problems integrating OWYN, including management departures, product-quality issues, heavier discounting and reduced marketing support; Simply Good Foods later disclosed a $187 million OWYN impairment charge and cut 2026 net sales guidance, while its stock fell more than 27% over two days. Investors may participate in any potential recovery without serving as lead plaintiff.
