Pomerantz LLP said a securities class action lawsuit has been filed against XTI Aerospace, Inc. and certain of its officers and directors over alleged securities fraud or other unlawful business practices. The announcement follows XTI’s Aug. 17, 2026, notice to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission that it could not timely file its Form 10-Q for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, while conducting an internal review of its former Chief Executive Officer, who resigned that day, and related corporate governance matters. XTI shares fell $0.25, or 15.92%, to close at $1.32 on Aug. 18. Investors who purchased or otherwise acquired XTI securities during the class period have until Oct. 27, 2026, to ask the Court to appoint them as Lead Plaintiff.
