The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission has declared effective Vylor’s Registration Statement on Form 10, Corteva said Sept. 24, 2026. The filing outlines Vylor’s business, strategy and priorities and provides details of its planned separation from Corteva into an independent, publicly traded company, expected to be completed on October 1, 2026. Corteva shareholders of record at the close of business on September 24 will receive one Vylor common share for every Corteva common share held at that time. The distribution is expected before 9:30 a.m. New York City time on October 1. Vylor has been authorized to list its common stock on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol VYLR, with regular-way trading expected to begin that day. Corteva said there will be no when-issued trading in Vylor shares or ex-distribution trading in Corteva shares before the distribution. Vylor describes itself as an advanced seed and genetics company focused on germplasm, biotechnology and technology licensing, while Corteva remains a global agriculture company spanning seed, crop protection and digital products and services. The companies cautioned that the separation remains subject to risks involving its objectives, structure, timing, costs, management attention, personnel and business relationships, among other matters.
