Bronstein, Gewirtz & Grossman, LLC announced on September 25, 2026, that it had filed a securities class action against Tigo Energy, Inc. and certain officers on behalf of investors who purchased or otherwise acquired Tigo securities under the Nasdaq ticker TYGO between February 24 and August 4, 2026, inclusive. The complaint alleges that Tigo’s revenue projections depended on the launch of its EG4 partnership and related revenue, although the partnership would not generate material revenue until the fourth quarter of 2026 at the earliest. It further alleges that Tigo therefore lacked a reasonable basis for its projections and made materially false or misleading statements, or failed to disclose material information, about its business, operations and prospects. Investors who suffered losses have until November 23, 2026, to ask the court to appoint them as lead plaintiff, although participation in any recovery does not require that role. Rosen Law Firm also announced a Tigo securities class action involving the same Class Period in a release dated September 25; the existing record had identified an earlier Rosen notice as September 24. The proposed class has not been certified, and both firms say investors may be represented on a contingency-fee basis.
