Bango reported a 3% increase in first-half revenue to $25.9 million for the six months ended June 30, 2026, as Subscriptions revenue rose 13% to $12.3 million while Payments revenue declined 5% to $13.6 million. Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), or contracted revenue expected over the next 12 months, climbed 31% year-on-year to $20.4 million, supported mainly by expansion among existing customers and Net Revenue Retention of 119%. Group Adjusted EBITDA increased 34% to $9.0 million, while Cash EBITDA improved to $3.7 million from a $0.7 million loss a year earlier. Active subscriptions grew 33% to 25.6 million, and six Digital Vending Machine (DVM) customers were awarded during the period, with three contracted by period-end. Bango said eight DVM wins had been recorded in fiscal 2026 as of Sept. 25, with six contracted. Gross margin expanded 310 basis points to 87%, and the Payments Adjusted EBITDA margin rose to 43% after restructuring lower-margin, non-core payment routes. The company expects that restructuring to finish this year and said its final effect could produce a low-single-digit variation in reported revenue, with negligible impact on Adjusted EBITDA. Trading remains in line with full-year market expectations, while Subscriptions momentum has continued into the second half. Net debt fell to $8.7 million from $9.2 million at Dec. 31, 2025.
