Bango PLC reported a 3% increase in first-half revenue to $25.9 million for the six months ended June 30, 2026, as Subscriptions revenue rose 13% to $12.3 million and Payments revenue declined 5% to $13.6 million. Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) increased 31% year-on-year to $20.4 million, supported mainly by existing-customer expansion and Net Revenue Retention of 119%. Group Adjusted EBITDA rose 34% to $9.0 million, while Cash EBITDA improved to $3.7 million from a $0.7 million loss a year earlier. Active subscriptions grew 33% to 25.6 million. Six Digital Vending Machine (DVM) customers were awarded during the period, with three contracted by June 30; as of Sept. 25, Bango said eight DVM wins had been recorded in fiscal 2026, with six contracted. Gross margin expanded to 87%, and Payments profitability improved following restructuring of lower-margin, non-core payment routes. Bango said trading remained in line with full-year market expectations, Subscriptions momentum continued into the second half and the restructuring was expected to finish this year, with negligible impact on Adjusted EBITDA despite a possible low-single-digit variation in reported revenue.
