Near Protocol's NEAR token surged 11.75% within four hours to 5.05 USDT on Binance, extending its 24-hour gain to 18.7%. The move placed NEAR as the 22nd-largest cryptocurrency by market capitalization, at around $6.56 billion. Earlier data showed short liquidations across Binance, Bybit and OKX totaling $480,000.
