Oura's initial public offering has attracted orders for roughly four times the available shares. Oura and selling shareholders are offering 50 million shares at $40.00 to $44.00 each, potentially raising up to $2.2 billion and implying a valuation of as much as $14.1 billion at the top of the range. The IPO is scheduled to price on Sept. 29 and trade on Nasdaq under OURA, although terms could change. Crypto platforms have added access ahead of the listing: Binance launched OURASDT pre-IPO perpetual contracts, while Coinbase opened access for users to subscribe to IPO shares. Eligible Kraken customers in the European Economic Area and other permitted markets can also submit non-binding interest through xStocks and, if allocated shares, receive OURAx, a tokenized representation of Oura equity.
