London-based AI infrastructure company Nscale has secured $3.36 billion in pre-IPO financing led by Third Point, including a $1 billion commitment from Nvidia. The company filed an S-1 registration statement for a New York Stock Exchange listing under the ticker NSCL. An initial $2.36 billion tranche will convert into ordinary shares following the IPO, while Nvidia's investment is due by mid-November and will provide the chipmaker with non-voting shares. The conversion price will carry a double-digit discount to the IPO price, subject to a $30 billion valuation cap. Nscale was valued at $14.6 billion after a $2 billion Series C in March 2026 and has reported more than $103 billion in contracted value, alongside a power pipeline exceeding 10 gigawatts across 14 regions. The company originated from cryptocurrency-mining infrastructure and has expanded into GPU cloud services and AI data centers through partnerships with Nvidia and Microsoft.
