Nscale has completed $3.36 billion in financing through convertible loan notes, with Third Point leading the round. The company said $2.36 billion was funded at closing, while Nvidia committed an additional $1 billion to be provided in mid-November. Nscale also said it has more than $103 billion in total contract value.
