Purchasers of AST SpaceMobile securities between March 4, 2025 and July 15, 2026, inclusive, have until November 13, 2026, to seek appointment as lead plaintiff in a proposed securities class action. Rosen Law Firm said the lawsuit alleges AST SpaceMobile and certain executives misrepresented the company’s capital needs, liquidity, competitive position in the satellite direct-to-cellular market and user adoption in the United States and Japan. The case, Hunter v. AST SpaceMobile, Inc., No. 26-cv-00378 (W.D. Tex.), also concerns developments surrounding EchoStar Corporation’s September 2025 agreement with SpaceX involving AWS-4 and H-block spectrum licenses and a commercial arrangement for Boost Mobile subscribers to access Starlink Services’ next-generation direct-to-cellular service. The case has been filed, but no class has been certified. Investors may seek lead plaintiff status, choose their own counsel, or remain absent class members without taking action at this stage.
