Dinari plans to expand its dShares tokenized-equity platform to the Sei blockchain, giving eligible U.S. investors access to tokenized shares representing companies across the S&P 500 through supported self-custody wallets. The assets will be tradable using USDC once the integration goes live, although no launch date was provided. The move expands distribution of Dinari’s existing offering rather than creating a new S&P 500 product. Dinari said its dShares are backed by corresponding U.S. securities held with regulated custodians and can provide benefits such as dividends and corporate actions, subject to product terms. The company expanded its platform to 724 tokenized U.S. stocks and ETFs in August and has previously cited availability on Ethereum, Avalanche, Arbitrum and Base.
