Micron Technology’s fiscal third-quarter 2026 revenue reached $41.46 billion, up 346% year over year, with gross margins around 85% and fourth-quarter revenue guided at approximately $50 billion. Data center revenue exceeded $25 billion in the quarter, while HBM4 revenue surpassed $1 billion as production ramps at twice the speed of HBM3E. Nvidia’s Vera Rubin platform qualification and volume-production schedule could shift some expected revenue into fiscal 2027. Micron has sold out its 2026 HBM supply under multiyear contracts and signed 16 strategic customer agreements with take-or-pay provisions representing roughly $22 billion in commitments and deposits. Remaining performance obligations total nearly $100 billion. Chief Executive Officer Sanjay Mehrotra has said HBM supply conditions could remain tight beyond calendar 2027, with gradual improvement potentially arriving in 2028. Micron expects capital expenditures to exceed $25 billion, while analysts project approximately 84% revenue growth in fiscal 2027. The update follows earlier reported fiscal-fourth-quarter revenue of $11.32 billion and first-quarter fiscal 2026 guidance of $12.50 billion, plus or minus $300 million.
