Strive has launched the T-Strive Digital Credit Preferred Income ETF, an actively managed fund that will invest at least 80% of its assets in preferred shares and related derivatives issued by Bitcoin treasury companies. Its initial portfolio will focus mainly on Strategy's variable-rate Series A perpetual Stretch preferred stock, STRC, and Strive's variable-rate Series A perpetual preferred stock, SATA, with roughly equal starting weights. The fund can adjust allocations based on yields, valuations, liquidity and financing conditions. If preferred shares fall below par value, it may tactically add leverage through total return swaps and by selling put options at acceptable prices.
