Bitcoin has risen 45% to $87,000 from July's $57,800 low, though it briefly retreated to $84,000 this week. Jurrien Timmer, Fidelity's Head of Global Macro, said a weekly close above $82,000 would confirm a double-bottom pattern and support a move toward $100,000 to $102,000. He also projected Bitcoin could reach $300,000 during the current bull run under the Bitcoin Power Law model. The $82,000 level is also the average cost basis for U.S. spot Bitcoin ETFs, while Bitfinex analysts said a loss of that support could expose Bitcoin to $70,000.
