Analysts lifted targets on Microsoft, Meta, Micron and SanDisk this week, citing stronger AI monetization, improving efficiency and sustained demand for computing infrastructure. Stifel upgraded Microsoft to Buy from Hold and raised its price target to $575 from $530, saying Azure growth, lower large-language-model research intensity and faster OpenAI contributions could support mid-to-upper-teens revenue growth. Copilot reached roughly 30 million seats in the fourth quarter, up 10 million from the prior quarter, while GitHub’s consumption-based pricing provides another growth avenue. Evercore ISI, Raymond James, Mizuho, Citi and JPMorgan remained positive on Meta after its Connect event made the Muse AI agent central to the company’s product strategy. Target prices ranged from $750 to $860, with analysts citing more than 300,000 daily Muse downloads and potential long-term revenue growth. Citi raised its Micron target to $1,300 from $1,150, forecasting stronger DRAM and NAND pricing and continued undersupply driven by AI demand. Rosenblatt initiated SanDisk at Buy with a $2,400 target, arguing that AI workloads are making NAND flash a more strategic infrastructure component. Citi also remained overweight U.S. equities, neutral on duration and energy, long emerging-market assets and base metals, and cautious on European government bonds and investment-grade credit.
