The Green Bay Packers are signing guard Laken Tomlinson from the Dallas Cowboys’ practice squad, NFL Network reported on Saturday. The move follows Green Bay’s 35-14 loss to the Atlanta Falcons, when its offensive line struggled to protect quarterback Jordan Love and the rushing attack produced 17 yards on nine carries. The Packers are also dealing with a season-ending torn patellar tendon injury to right tackle Zach Bako-Bewele. Tomlinson, 34, did not play for Dallas this season after appearing in 10 games, including seven starts, for the Houston Texans in 2025. A former first-round pick by the Detroit Lions, he made the Pro Bowl with the San Francisco 49ers in 2021 and has played 173 games, including 162 starts, for five teams.
