Ethereum fell 2.10% over 24 hours to $2,649.34 while facing a supply zone between $2,722 and $2,822 containing more than 13.3 million ETH that previously changed hands. Analyst Ali Martinez said transactions worth $1 million or more surged 500% in a week and that large holders accumulated more than 320,000 ETH, valued at over $847 million at current prices. Earlier reporting estimated that accumulation at about $864 million, creating a stated valuation discrepancy. Martinez identified roughly $2,970 and $3,366 as smaller resistance levels above the supply wall. The market also remains supported by earlier-reported spot Ethereum ETF inflows, positive on-chain indicators and continued BitMine accumulation, although Treasury yields, profit-taking and a possible retreat toward $2,600 have limited momentum. Separately, Ethereum co-founder Vitalik Buterin described a long-term shift toward a cryptographic world computer combining blockchain and modern cryptography to improve scalability, privacy and efficiency. He said the upcoming Hegota upgrade is expected to be Ethereum's last normal hard fork before that transformation becomes the network's primary focus.
