Monochrome Exchange has launched the MCR IEO after raising more than 5.5 million USDT as of September 27. The fundraising is intended to support the exchange’s development. The project was founded by Jeff Yew, Binance Australia’s co-founder and former CEO, and primarily operates a cryptocurrency trading platform. An IEO, or initial exchange offering, is a token sale conducted through a crypto exchange.
