Strategy is seeking approval to set a dividend record date on every calendar day for its four U.S.-listed preferred securities, with declared dividends payable on the next business day. Common shareholders of record on Sept. 25 will vote at a virtual special meeting on Oct. 28 at 10 a.m. Eastern Time; preferred shareholders cannot vote through their STRF, STRC, STRK or STRD holdings. If approved and the amended certificates become effective, STRC would move first to daily payments, with a planned Nov. 2 payment for holders of record Nov. 1. STRF, STRK and STRD would remain on quarterly schedules through December and are scheduled to begin daily-schedule payments on Jan. 4, 2027. The amendments would not change dividend rates, total obligations or materially alter existing preferred shareholder protections beyond payment frequency. Strategy says daily payments could reduce reinvestment delays and improve liquidity, trading efficiency and price stability, but those are expected benefits rather than confirmed results.
