The Canadian Securities Administrators also lists the alert and identifies the AMF as its issuer, without describing a separate CSA measure against Pump.fun. The platform has not been banned or shut down, and the notice does not announce an enforcement order, fraud finding or change to users' wallet access. The AMF urges Québec residents to exercise extreme caution and use its registers to verify whether a firm or person is authorized to operate.
