Hanwha Asset Management has made Odin, an artificial intelligence-based data analysis platform built on Anthropic’s Claude and the company’s own technology and infrastructure, available to all employees. The system gathers about 60,000 news articles daily from roughly 300 sources spanning politics, economics, culture, society and technology, and analyzes more than 100,000 research documents, YouTube reports and regulatory filings from Korea and abroad, with daily updates. Its market intelligence tools cover market conditions, investment products, sectors and themes, including reports that combine related news, regulations and market outlooks. A trend momentum function tracks changes in interest across social, economic and industrial keywords. Odin also connects work-related client information to individual dashboards, helping employees monitor client interests, needs and changes in business relationships. General market materials are processed in the cloud, while sensitive data such as trade secrets remains on in-house infrastructure. Hanwha Asset Management plans to develop Odin into an AI agent tailored to individual employees, launch the LP Portal service for beneficiaries in the first half of next year, and eventually apply the platform to securities and alternative investment product strategies and index development. CEO of Hanwha Asset Management Lim Dong-joon said Odin is intended to turn market and client changes into material for organizational decisions and continue evolving with workplace practices.
