Luckin Coffee opened its 100th Singapore store in Bugis, three years after launching international operations in the city-state. The company says Singapore is now its second-largest market by store count locally and a benchmark for global expansion, with more than 1.9 million cumulative transacting customers. Luckin has introduced more than 130 products tailored to local tastes, while its Coconut Latte and Little Butter Latte each exceeded 2 million cumulative local sales. Since January 2026, all beverages on its Singapore menu have received Nutri-Grade ratings of C or above under Singapore’s mandatory system. The business employs more than 860 people locally. The new Bugis outlet was built to LEED Gold certification standards, and Luckin launched a long-term mental-health awareness partnership with the Institute of Mental Health and Woodbridge Hospital Charity Fund. The company says it has served more than 500 million customers and operated over 38,000 stores across China, Singapore, Malaysia and the United States. Its Singapore expansion also supports links with global coffee-producing regions, including Brazil, Colombia, Ethiopia and Yunnan, China.
