RedotPay has completed a financial audit required for a potential U.S. initial public offering and a separate review of its anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing controls. The Hong Kong stablecoin payments company said unnamed Big Four firms conducted both reviews, which cover its financial reporting and compliance framework. RedotPay said its IPO has not been deferred, though it gave no timetable for filing or trading. A person familiar with the matter said the company is seeking a valuation above $5 billion after reaching 8.5 million users by July; the person also said second-quarter transaction volume was a record and operating margin exceeded 50%. RedotPay had previously considered raising more than $1 billion at a valuation above $4 billion, with JPMorgan Chase, Goldman Sachs and Jefferies involved in preparations. The company has raised $194 million during 2025, is expanding its U.S. regulatory presence after obtaining a money transmitter license in August, and continues to face Hong Kong litigation from Binance-linked entities seeking nearly $473 million.
