Biohaven Ltd. said Phase 1 findings from its ongoing BHV1530-101 study have been accepted for an oral presentation at the 38th EORTC-NCI-AACR Symposium on Molecular Targets and Cancer Therapeutics, known as ENA 2026, in Barcelona from Nov. 18-20, 2026. The presentation will cover BHV-1530, a potential first-in-class FGFR3-directed antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) using Biohaven’s proprietary topoisomerase I, or TopoIx, payload. The company previously disclosed early clinical activity, including confirmed partial responses in heavily pretreated patients, alongside a favorable safety profile with no dose-limiting toxicities or reported FGFR inhibitor-class toxicities such as hyperphosphatemia, nail disorders, stomatitis or retinopathy. Biohaven has also begun enrolling patients in a cohort evaluating BHV-1530 with cemiplimab (Libtayo) under a clinical supply agreement with Regeneron Pharmaceuticals. The combination is supported by preclinical evidence of synergistic activity between BHV-1530 and anti-PD-1 therapy, while the TopoIx payload has been shown to generate immunogenic cell death and stimulate an antitumor immune response. The Phase 1 study is testing BHV-1530 as a monotherapy and in combination with cemiplimab in adults with advanced or metastatic solid tumors, including urothelial cancer, head and neck squamous cell carcinoma and non-small cell lung cancer, as well as other tumors with FGFR3 genomic alterations. Biohaven cautioned that statements about clinical development, regulatory timing, safety, efficacy and commercial prospects are forward-looking and subject to substantial risks and uncertainties.
