Finalsite has acquired RevTrak, a digital payments provider serving more than 13,000 schools nationwide, to broaden its K–12 platform beyond tuition and billing. RevTrak’s technology supports payments for meals, athletics, activities, events, fundraising, registrations and fees, while providing schools with reporting, reconciliation tools and integrations. The companies together serve more than 50,000 schools worldwide. Finalsite said the acquisition will improve the payment experience for families and operational efficiency for schools, supported by its investment in product innovation, enterprise-grade security and customer success. Finalsite CEO Jim Calabrese said the transaction advances the company’s strategy of connecting interactions across the family journey while reducing administrative complexity. Finalsite is a portfolio company of Veritas Capital, which has $54 billion of assets under management.
