BitMine Immersion Technologies held 6,001,302 ETH as of September 28, about 103,698 tokens short of its goal of owning 5% of Ethereum's supply under its latest estimate. The company reported $672 million in cash and marketable securities as of September 27, while buying the remaining ETH at its reference price would cost about $279.8 million. BitMine acquired 17,362 ETH in the latest week, down from 27,562 ETH a week earlier, after saying it had purchased ETH every week since launching its strategy in June 2025. The company has staked 5,067,309 ETH, or about 84% of its holdings, and projects $358 million in annualized staking revenue at that balance. Its next allocation decision could involve additional ETH purchases, retained liquidity, BMNR share repurchases or further staking and Ethereum-related investments. A DWF Labs study highlighted that treasury-company stock valuations, including the premium or discount to crypto holdings known as mNAV, can determine how readily companies finance further token accumulation.
